Attraction planning guide Burj Khalifa

How high do you
want to go?

A clear look at the official At the Top ticket tiers, what each one includes, and what to confirm before choosing a time.

How this guide makes money: Dune SkyLine is our own tour company, and its general tours pages may include Burj Khalifa tickets. If you book through Dune SkyLine, we earn from it. The tier information below is based on the attraction’s official ticket site; we do not claim to have personally visited every tier. Read our disclosure.

The short answer

For the classic observation-deck visit, the official Silver experience covers Levels 124 and 125. Gold adds Level 148 and premium inclusions such as priority access and refreshments. Platinum is a separate lounge-led experience with access to Levels 152–154 as well as the lower observation levels. Choose based on what you value—not simply the highest number.

These are the ticket categories and inclusions shown on the official At the Top booking site when checked on October 31, 2026. Confirm your chosen date, current availability, entry time and price on the live booking page.

Compare the official experiences

Three ways to visit At the Top.

01

Silver · Levels 124 and 125

The straightforward observation-deck visit.

The official listing describes access to Levels 124 and 125, including the outdoor terrace and free Wi-Fi. Its listed operational hours at the time checked were 10:00 AM–9:00 PM, with last entry at 8:15 PM.

Consider this if: your main goal is to visit the observation decks and you do not need the higher-level lounge and premium inclusions.

02

Gold · Levels 124, 125 and 148

For the higher observation level and a more hosted experience.

The official listing includes Level 148 alongside Levels 124 and 125. It also describes priority access, a multilingual guided tour, a Sky Lounge with refreshments, and indoor and outdoor terrace access. Listed last entry at the time checked was 7:00 PM.

Consider this if: Level 148 and the additional hosted inclusions matter enough to justify comparing the live price against Silver.

03

Platinum · Levels 152, 153 and 154

The premium lounge and hospitality experience.

The official description presents Platinum as a VIP experience with access across Levels 124, 125, 148, 152, 153 and 154, priority access, a welcome beverage, soft drinks, canapés and high tea. Listed last entry at the time checked was 7:00 PM.

Consider this if: the lounge, hospitality and VIP format are part of what you want—not only a higher viewpoint.

Price and timing: ticket prices depend on the date and selected time slot. We are not quoting a fixed AED price because the live official booking page should be checked for your visit. The operating hours above are the hours currently published on the official ticket listing, not a guarantee of future hours.

Details from the official listing

Useful ticket rules to know.

Tickets are for a specific date and time

The official ticket terms say tickets are valid only for the date and time shown. Arrive on time and check the booking confirmation for your entry instructions.

Children and accompanying adults

The official listing says children under 3 enter for free, children up to age 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and child tickets cannot be purchased independently of an adult ticket. Confirm current conditions when booking.

Bags, strollers and restricted items

The official terms say large bags and strollers must be left at the dedicated luggage counter and that sharp items and electronics must be left at the dedicated counter. Check the current venue rules for the exact item you plan to bring.

Visibility and cancellations

The official terms state that Emaar is not responsible for weather affecting visibility. The same listing describes cancellation requests as permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit; review the live terms and your booking conditions before payment.

Before you choose a time slot.

  • Compare the exact date, entry time and tier in the official booking flow.
  • Check the total price, currency, fees and ticket conditions before payment.
  • Confirm which levels and inclusions are part of the selected ticket—not just the category name.
  • Allow for check-in, security and the venue’s current entry instructions.
