Information you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide so we can respond. Do not include sensitive personal information in a message. We retain enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond and handle follow-up, unless a longer period is required for a legitimate legal purpose.

The contact form is enabled only after a site contact email is configured. Messages are sent through the mail service configured by the site operator.

Trip-planning emails

If you sign up, we store your email address and the time you gave consent. We send a confirmation email before adding you to the list. After confirmation, we send one welcome email with the trip planner. The signup currently does not send a recurring newsletter; if future emails are introduced, each will include an unsubscribe link. We keep the minimum subscription record needed to honour your choices and prevent unwanted email; you can request deletion through the contact page.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as an IP address, browser details and the page requested, to deliver and protect the site. The Laravel application uses necessary session and security functions for requests such as contact-form submissions.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

This site currently does not include analytics or advertising pixels. Links to Dune SkyLine include source-attribution parameters; its site may process those parameters under its own privacy notice. If analytics, advertising or third-party affiliate tracking is introduced on this site, this notice and any applicable consent controls will be updated before they are enabled.

Links to other services

Some pages link to Dune SkyLine or other external websites. The homepage currently loads photographs from Unsplash, which may receive standard request information when your browser retrieves those images. Those services have their own privacy practices; review their notices before sending them information or making a booking.
